Carrot, Corn & Pumpkin puree

YOU WILL NEED

?

1 1/2 cup carrots, chopped

1/4 cup sweet corn (fresh or frozen)?

1/4 cup pumpkin (peeled, seeded & chopped)

In a medium pan, bring water to a boil. Place carrots and pumpkin in a steamer basket and steam for 7 minutes. Add the corn and steam for another 3 minutes.

Put the pan aside and let cool. keep a little water aside for the blending process.

Puree all ingredients into a food processor or blender,?add a little liquid to get your desired texture.

You can add some grated cheese on top for extra flavour !
