Green smoothie for mums


  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 handful of curly kale
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 4 deglet noor dates or 1-2 medjool dates (stones removed)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender and garnish with bee pollen or your favourite superfood topping.
