Always ensure your baby eats in an upright position. Do not leave your baby alone whilst they are self-feeding.
- Scoop 6 tablespoons (30g) of banana porridge into a clean feeding bowl
- Add 2/3 cup (150mL) of your baby’s usual milk (breast milk or infant formula) or cooled boiled water.
- Mix until smooth.
- Check the temperature ?before serving to your baby.
- Feed according to your baby’s appetite.
- Discard uneaten prepared banana porridge, prepare food fresh for each feed.
