As we teach our children to explore the wonders of eating, we guide them towards a routine of three nourishing meals along with morning and afternoon tea. Our Snack foods are great to incorporate into these morning and afternoon pick-me- ups, or as an extra boost when your child needs it. After kindy, a play date or run around at the park are great examples where a small nutritious snack can help them through to their next meal.
