When people in Monroe County need help, they call HELPLINE. 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, HELPLINE’s trained volunteers offer crisis intervention, vital information, and referrals at no charge to people in need of assistance. HELPLINE receives thousands of calls a year from people who have no where else to turn.
