Some of the Hyatt time share properties in Key West are replacing their VCR+DVD devices, shelf stereos and king-size mattresses and box springs. Samuel’s House clients are not in need of these items but the Hyatt folks wanted us to extend the offer to donate these items to other non-profits.
If an organization is interested in any of these items, please email Mindy McKenzie at email@example.com and she will forward to you the contact information for the gentleman at the Hyatt.

The Star of the Sea Outreach Mission has a gently used stair lift available for donation. This is for handicap access to an upper or lower floor, and features a chair attached to a conveyor system to assist individuals with stairs. According to the donor, it is completely adjustable for any size staircase.
